Ingredients
- 2 slices peeled, fresh ginger
- 6 raspberries
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 ounce honey syrup
- 1.5 ounce white rum
- club soda
- ice
Steps
- Muddle ginger, raspberries, and mint in shaker tin. Leave a raspberry and a mint sprig for garnish.
- Add honey syrup and rum and shake with ice.
- Strain into glass with ice and top with club soda.
- Give it a stir, garnish with the raspberry and mint sprig, and enjoy!
